Heating system

1 Reactor:Using 245R boiler steel and the thickness is between 14mm.

2 The main engine uses horizontal-type of 360ostructure-0.4 r/min

The catalyst system 

   Catalyst tower

 

   The catalyst tower mainly purify the oil gas form the reactor.

Anti-clogging system

   Oil-water separator device

 

   Oil gas from the catalyst tower will then flow to the oil-water separator device (light and heavy substance 

separating device); light substance (light ,pure oil gas) will enter the condenser and meanwhile the residues 

(the dirty and heavy substance from the gas of the distillation tower)will be discharged automatically in succession.

This process mainly deal with the block matter.

Condensation system 

   1 Cooling down quickly with the big pipe and many small pipelines inside it.

   2 The elbows make it easier and convenient to clean and prolong its service life

   3 The water in the condenser are circulatory,great cooling effect and water conservation. 

Anti-flashback system 

   two water-seal device

 

  The water seal is to prevent the combustible gas backflow. The inflammable gas pipe is set just 

below the water of the water seal, so the explosion will be prevented. We add two water seal to make 

the completely safe of our plant, in case workers who fail to refill one of the water seal. 

Waste gas recycle system

   Water seal & spray fire gun (safety air nozzle)

 

 It will produce a large amount of gas when the reactor is heated to 150°C in the process of refining crude oil. 

Some of them will be liquefied into tire oil, the oil tank collect them,and the part that cannot be liquefied (waste gas) 

will be enter into the water seal, which mainly prevent the waste gas reach to a certain level to be fire. Some of the

waste gas will recycle to the furnace to heat the reactor, and some will burned through the safety air nozzle when

 the reactor reach to a certain temperature it does not need extra waste gas to heat.

Dust removal system

   Draft fan & high pressure water nozzle & chimney

 

  Remove the smoke and dust from the burning fuel material (Coal ,charcoal,fuel gas,fuel oil).Draft fan mainly 

serve as the work of inhaling the smoke from the furnace into the chimney. High pressure water nozzle like 

the water spray inside the chimney process the smoke before it release harmfully into the sky. 

Finally ,it is the white vapor release in to the air.

Auto-slagging system

   The machine equipped with screw conveyor, it can save manpower and improve working efficiency.

 

Systems of the refining crude oil, waste engine oil to diesel equipment

 

The refining crude oil machine's principle ia same with the crude oil machine. The big difference 

Is the refining machine's structure of the reactor and the catalyst is the key way of refining the diesel.

The main system contained is below:

 

The reactor system: Through burning coal or charcoal to make the oil in the reactor up to the working temperature.(The catalyst put into the reactor to be worked together with the crude oil)

The distillation system: A large oil gas will be produced into the distillation system, which mainly serve as purify the oil gas.

The cooling system: The oil gas will enter into the cooling system to be in the liquified state.

The oil storage system: At last the the oil storage system collect the liquified oil.(The finally produce is diesel)

The filtration system: Use another catalyst to remove the bad smell and the colour of the diesel.
