Pyrolysis system

Cracking reactor

The raw materials are pyrolyzed in the reactor.

It's 245/345R boiler steel material.

The catalyst system

The catalyst tower

It can purify the oil gas from the reactor.

Anti-clogging system

Oil-water separator

The residues(dirty,heavy substance from the 

catalyst tower)will be discharged automatically. 

Light ,pure oil gas will flow to the condenser.

Condensation system

Cooling pipes

A large amount of oil gas will be efficiently formed 

in liquefied oil with wide cooling surface,long cooling line.

Oil storage system

Oil tank

It collect the crude oil from the condenser which some 

oil gas formed in liquefied oil.

Anti-flashback system

 Two water seal 

It collect waste gas and prevent the waste gas reach 

to a certain level to be fire.

Waste gas recycle system

The reuse of waste gas

Some can be used as fuel material to heat the reactor. 

It is energy saving.

Safety air nozzle

It does not need extra waste gas to heat the reactor when 

it reaches to a certain temperature. So some of the waste 

gas will burned through a safety air nozzle.

Dust removal system(smoke)

Draft fan

It can inhale the smoke and dust from the furnace into the 

dust removal system.

High pressure nozzle

It is mainly like the water spray. The smoke from the fuel 

material can be removed by this device.

Chimney 

The vapor will release into the air from the chimney.
